What is a rubbish husbandman?

A husbandman is a human who husbands. To husband is a verb. “To administer as a good householder or steward” either materially as in “husbanding the valleys which lie nearest to him” or immaterially,  as in “I will labour so to husband the stock that god hath left in my hands, that I may return my soul better than I recieved it” (all quotes are from an old edition of the full oxford english dictionary).

A rubbish husbandman is not very good at it…
